Check in staff upgraded our room and gave us complimentary drink vouchers when we told them we were celebrating a significant wedding anniversary. Staff were very friendly. Size of the room and bed was very comfortable. Ideal location, surrounded by high end shops accessed from the lobby. We hired a rental car from Avis and the hotel is right next door. Handed the keys back to Avis and literally wheeled suitcases through to the front entry of the hotel. Absolutely ideal. Also only a $10 taxi ride to cruise terminal

A special thank you to Maya, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect during my visit. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and I left completely fascinated by the experience. Truly one of the best hotel teams I’ve ever encountered.

I loved the room and the comfort of the bed. I would rate it the best bed I've stayed in during all of my travel experiences. Lovely room, very comfortable, and had the appropriate amenities. The location is superb, right in the city center, and you can walk pretty much everywhere. There are shops near the hotel, the Vancouver Art Gallery, and the Vancouver Convention Center is just 10 minutes away. Also, loved their Le Labo shampoo.

I actually had two separate bookings between the start and end of my Canadian Rockies tour and the hotel kindly allowed me to store my larger suitcase there between my stays.

Concierge staff were patient and helpful. We visited the other Fairmont hotels in the city, and we thought the location of this one was the best. Everything was within walking distance.
